GYMO, P.C. has been working with Lundy Development & Property Management over the past few months on site development plans associated with a proposed AutoZone Auto Parts Store in the Town of LeRay. The proposed 7,380 square foot building project will include the construction of water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer facilities. The project also included site lighting design, parking layout and pedestrian path design, and site grading. GYMO, P.C. engineers have worked through the State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) process, and hope to obtain Final approval for the project at the April 18, 2013 Town planning board meeting. Construction is slated to begin this summer. You can right click to save the image or zoom in with Ctrl +. to get a better view.

GYMO, P.C. attended the April 11th Town Board meeting to update the Board on the proposed Town of Watertown NE Water District, based on input from last month's meeting. The water distribution system proposed would serve portions of NYS Route 12, NYS Route 126, Hunt Street, Overlook Drive and Weaver, Ridge, and Hadcock Roads. The project is proposed to be fed water from the City of Watertown's distribution system. See below for the drawing which was presented to the Board. The Board ultimately ended up choosing to move forward with the District Boundary shown, with the exception of the Route 12 service area being removed. The trunk main up State Street/Rte. 126 will be 8-inch in diamter, whicle all others will be 4-inch. You can right click to save the image or zoom in with Ctrl +. to get a better view.

Over the past several years, GYMO, P.C. has been involved with the “Adopt A Platoon” program. We have sponsored numerous troops from the Fort Drum area during their deployment overseas. GYMO, P.C. employees put together “supply boxes” with items ranging anywhere from hygiene products to packaged foods to magazines and books that the soldiers will receive periodically while deployed.
Currently we have “adopted” the 2-14 Infantry Regiment Bravo Company that deployed at the beginning of January 2013. Throughout the deployment, GYMO, P.C., will correspond to troop members via email.
