Our History: GYMO Architecture, Engineering & Land Surveying, P.C. is proud to continue the legacy of the most established, successful and reputable Architectural and Land Surveying practice in the North Country with over 35 years of expertise, bringing historical knowledge to every project. 

Our Expertise:  Our design oriented Architectural department has extensive experience in Municipal Projects, Education and Healthcare facilities, Public Housing, and Historic Preservation.  GYMO, P.C.’s Architects are recognized for their many attractive commercial and residential projects throughout the north country.  The Department provides Landscape Design and Land Planning services for Parks and Recreational projects, including indoor and outdoor sports facilities, and interactive, water front developments.

  The GYMO Engineering department provides innovative Civil, Land Development, Environmental, and Structural Engineering including storm drainage, water and waste water projects. By integrating Environmental Engineering and Land Surveying, we also provide Phase I and Phase II Environmental Assessments, Hazmat Surveys, site demolition plans and abatement design.  Our specialists are certified to design, inspect and observe abatement projects throughout New York State.

  GYMO Land Surveying field and office personnel have extensive experience in Federal, State, Municipal, Department of Defense, Commercial, and Residential property boundary surveys, topographic/planimetric site design surveys, GPS surveying, and construction layout.  Many of our field crews and office personnel are Hazmat Certified, and all use the most current methods of data collection, data reduction, and AutoCAD drafting hardware & software.
