GYMO, P.C.’s Land Surveying Division has been providing land surveying services to the Northern New York community for over 30 years. Our survey staff routinely performs Boundary survey projects of varying scale and has been involved in all types of land and aerial surveys, for a multitude of projects. We are very familiar with the regional geology, topography and watershed systems and maintain a comprehensive data base of survey records including the St. Lawrence and Black River Valleys, Adirondacks and eastern Lake Ontario properties.

Currently, GYMO P.C. has 3 New York State Licensed Professional Land Surveyors on staff, with a combined total of 74 years of experience performing surveying services across New York State.  These licensed professionals are supplemented by 3 survey technicians.  We presently have four survey party chiefs with ten years or more experience working in the private survey field and two additional instrument/rodmen with two years experience. In addition, seasonal rodmen round out the crews during the busy summer season.  Our team of professionals work together providing personal attention to all projects large and small. 

To provide the best services to our clients, all surveys are performed with the latest available field and office equipment. Our field crews operate with total station instruments and data collectors to obtain fast and accurate results. We utilize the most current AutoCAD Software with the Land Development applications to do survey calculations and prepare our final maps. Using this technology, we integrate our survey information into final maps and drawings for clients or our architects and engineers.
