Mr. Gozalkowski is a founding Principle of GYMO PC, and has been Liscensed Professional Land Surveyor in the State of New York for over 40 years.  Mr. Gozalkowski a 1965 I.C.S. Graduate of Surveying and Mapping and New York State Ranger School in 1961.
