Mr. Olley is a founding Principle of GYMO PC, and has been practicing Architecture in the State of New York for over 30 years.  Mr. Olley graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelors in Landscape Architecture in 1977, SUNY@ Syracuse ESF with a Bachelor's in Landscape Architecture in 1976, SUNY@ Syracuse with a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Engineering in 1975 and SUNY@ Canton with a Applied Associates of Science in Civil Engineering in 1972.
